These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DEEZ website and platform ("Platform") and any purchases or sales made through it. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
DEEZ is a trading name of DEEZ Clothing LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "DEEZ", "we", "us", or "our" refer to DEEZ Clothing LTD.
DEEZ is an online platform that enables users to design custom clothing items and either purchase them for personal use or list them for sale to other users. We act as a marketplace and fulfilment facilitator, connecting designers with buyers.
To use our Platform as a designer, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law;
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential;
• All activity that occurs under your account;
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@deezclothing.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
As a designer on our Platform, you may create and upload custom clothing designs for sale. By doing so, you confirm that:
• You own or have the right to use all content (including images, text, and graphics) incorporated into your designs;
• Your designs do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Your designs do not contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• You grant DEEZ Clothing LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and fulfil orders for your designs on the Platform.
DEEZ operates on a commission-based model. Details of applicable fees, commission rates, and payout schedules are set out in our Seller Fee Schedule, available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to amend fees with reasonable notice.
Designers must not upload designs that include:
• Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorisation;
• Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence;
• Sexually explicit or obscene material;
• Content that impersonates individuals, brands, or organisations;
• Any content that violates applicable law.
DEEZ reserves the right to remove any design that breaches these guidelines, without notice and without liability.
When you place an order on our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. DEEZ Clothing LTD does not store your full payment card details.
We aim to despatch orders within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier disruption.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
As our products are made to order and personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@deezclothing.com with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For any non-personalised items, you have the right to return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
All content on the DEEZ Platform — including logos, branding, software, and website design — is the property of DEEZ Clothing LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Platform content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the designs you create. By uploading a design to the Platform, you grant us the licence described in Section 4.1 above.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our consent;
• Circumvent or interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEZ Clothing LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products through it.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. DEEZ Clothing LTD does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any linked sites.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in those policies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
