Every item at Deez Clothing is made to order, printed especially for you once you place your purchase. Because nothing is held in stock and each piece is produced specifically for your order, please double-check sizing and design details carefully before checking out — as with all made-to-order goods, this affects what we're able to offer if you change your mind.
Because your item is manufactured to your specification after you order it, it falls outside the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
We'd always encourage checking our size guide before ordering, and getting in touch if you're unsure — we're happy to help you pick the right fit before your item goes into production.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, this is different — let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or full refund. We'll also cover return postage in these cases.
To report a problem, contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
Because items begin production shortly after ordering, we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has entered the print queue. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before production begins.
When your Deez Clothing item eventually reaches the end of its wear, don't bin it — send it back. Every garment is made from organic cotton so it can be recycled into new products rather than going to landfill. Scan the QR code on the care label (or contact us) for a free returns label, and we'll reward you with credit towards your next order once it's received.
Where a refund is due (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the return.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
